Ballpark NEXT

Sadly, the Bees are leaving our neighborhood. The Community Council is a vehicle to bring our voices to this process.

Salt Lake City, which owns the stadium, is undertaking a process called "Ballpark NEXT". It began with a design competition that resulted in proposals from 92 residents, 14 college students, and 17 development professionals. Winners were selected through a community-based committee, a public vote, and community celebration. You can review the applications and the results here.

The next step is OUR opportunity to share our ideas and values through the community engagement process. The first step is a interactive mapping process. You can sign up for regular updates from the City -and join our committee to be even more engaged.
